As a disabled traveler, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent facilities at this hotel. The wellness area, complete with a jacuzzi and sauna, was a great addition. Additionally, the room I stayed in was a spacious apartment that included a jacuzzi, making it easy for me to relax and unwind. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a lovely gesture of free fruits and a complimentary bottle of wine, adding a special touch to my stay. The location of the hotel, next to a palace and surrounded by greenery and a pond, created a tranquil atmosphere that I thoroughly enjoyed. The buffet dinner offered a wide variety of options, catering to all tastes. the service at this hotel was polite and helpful, ensuring that my needs as a disabled traveler were met.

I keep returning to this wonderful hotel in Poledno, as it has everything I need. From Wi-Fi to free parking, locker room to 24-hour security, bar/lounge area to restaurant, it has it all. The staff even guided me to places with favorable exchange rates. Perfect for my business trips.

The room was very comfortable and we loved the location next to a palace, surrounded by greenery and a pond. The dinner buffet had a wide variety of options, and the sauna and jacuzzi were included in the room price. The service provided by the staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay.

We were really impressed by the warm welcome from the receptionists. the wellness area was fantastic with a sauna and Jacuzzi, and even a possibility for massage. the room was also great, with a lovely Jacuzzi included. We appreciated the complimentary fruits and wine provided.

There was ongoing construction in the surrounding area, which was a bit of a disappointment. although the breakfast was good, it lacked variety in terms of cheeses and meats for a 4-star hotel.
